  1. Step 1: Clean the Chicken
  2. Wash chicken with lime juice or vinegar water.
  3. Rinse and pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Trim excess fat if desired.
  5. Step 2: Season the Chicken

  28. During the final 10-15 minutes, brush generously with BBQ sauce.
  29. Turn frequently to prevent burning.
  30. Apply multiple layers of glaze.
  31. The sauce should become thick, shiny, and slightly caramelized.
  32. Step 7: Rest and Serve
  33. Remove chicken from grill.
  34. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  35. Garnish with chopped scallions or parsley.
